A vote official function to campaign TM season Malaysia Cup 2009 are being held in Wisma FAM, Kelana Jaya. As much as 20 team will take part with team segmented to 5 group.

Vote are made up 14 state team, 4 club team and balance 2 team from PDRM and MAF. Only champion from each group will proceed to the next stage with 3 best team in second place from 5 team.
